The ritual of pouring one out or having a drink at a memorial appears again and again. This is a collection at The Boogie memorial which is regularly rearranged and changed and new collections of bottles or cans appear.

The first collection of drinks at The Boogie memorial were cans and included a Coke can too. The writing on the crosses includes notes from children which likely drank the soda.
